Hello. "F3" is definitely the mag circuit, but not necessarily the magnetrons. Since you heard something "blow", I would be more inclined to look at the capacitors, and the rectifiers/diodes. It is possible that either of your HV transformers, or the preheat transformers has blown also, however, they would have smelled really bad and emitted a bit of smoke, which you did not mention, so I would go for the cap, diode first. Do you have access to a multimeter, and know how to use it? and just a word/warning. You are dealing with High Voltage components, that can/will kill you in an instant if not handled, or tested properly. If you had someone replace the Magnetron before, I would call them again, as they will most likely have what you need on the truck, or be able to get the correct part quickly. You could also call Turbo Chef, maybe they will sell you the parts you need, just remember there are 2 of each in there, so determine which one you need. There will probably be signs if it blew, of burnt plastic near the diode, which is under the cap. A capacitor will have a metal can, probably one will be out of shape near the top where the wires attach, you can look if you want, just unpug it please, and use a insulated screw driver to short the two termminals of the capacitor.
Hope all that helps, and thank you.
