dear your setting have been changed please its best solution is to remove the printer driver and then install again.
to remove the driver open control panel and double click add/remove program and then printer driver uninstall.
then install the printer driver again from CD .
i hope this problem is solve.
another method.....
delete all the que documents and then switch off printer.OR
change the usb cable or change the ports.
