Samsung ML-2855D Printer. Paper wont make it past the heater rollers. When it does it jams constantly and comes out very crumpled. The printer also makes a lot of noise while preparing to print and printing.

I purchased the printer new in a box from ebay. Samsung agreed to repair the printer under guarantee. The repair shop has fixed the printer easily apparently. There was a gear out of line which once readjusted ensured the printer works properly. I have not taken the printer apart myself but this should be straight forward. No need attempt if the printer is still under guarantee.

The fact that there appears to be no actual jam tells me that it is not picking up paper out of the tray. Try some alcohol on the pickup rollers, rubbing well. If that helps, replace these rollers.

There is a door around the very back of the printer, if your printer is slightly encased in as mine is you can't see it. That is where the Paper jam 2 is
