I can't find my manual and want to use the upholstery attachment for the first time. I think I have figured out how to attach it, but how do I make it work? When I turn the machine on, and pull on what I believe to be the "trigger" to get the cleaner to come out, nothing happens with the upholstry attachment. Is there something else I need to do to get it to work?

the attachment for the hose will spray the water...but i cant seem to get it to **** the water back....i dont know if i am missing a part

I can't gert the hand tool hose end to fit nicely into the water tank -- it seems very tight -- should I force it down???

I had the same problem. Instead of wasting time/energy I could use cleaning the furniture, I decide to look online for a manual instead. I hope this helps. It helped me!!

Well, it sure helped me, DonieClean!! I have torn my house apart looking for the manual for my steam cleaner - can't even SEE the carpet now - and then I decided to try to find a manual online. You helped me more than Google.com did! Now I can try using this machine for the first time without breaking it. Thanks for the website link......
