when trying to print service error 5100 comes up.unfortunately have misplaced manual so cannot find description of problem. any assistance would be greatly apprectiated

- Have exact same problem. Can switch it off but still the two flashy orange lights and no printing!!! - Guest

- Hi I have a service error 5510, re-set and power led's flash alternately.
I have switched the printer off and restarted it again but to no avail!

This happened approx 2 hours after cleaning the internal wates filter.
The printer worked fine for about 20 or so minutes after the service and callibration, only to return to the desk, finding this problem had come about.- Guest
