I'm having trouble with the hdmi input on my plasma (Panasonic th-50ph9ws). I've tried both componant and hdmi inputs from my LG HD Set top box (LG LST-6100P) and the HDMI signal looks very average??? The componant signal looks great. Why is this - everyone is touting HDMI as the best thing around. Is it a problem with the HDMI input on my plasma or is it a problem with the hdmi output signal from the set top box. Does anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences??
