Phillips dvd home theater system HTS3565D reads "no disc"

I can hear the dvd turning but reads no dics. used to be able to open and close then it would play, now not working at all. Still reads no disc.

almost 50% chance is to for the failure of the lens strip, try to replace with a new one very low costly it arround 4Rs , after rhat this problem presist replace the lens also
