I have ice in the bottom of the freezer and water on the floor. Remove the ice no more water on the floor for a week or two then back to the same problem. I think it's a clogged drain tube but I have no idea where that is located. the unit is a GE Monogram ZIC36N.
I had the same problem. The drain tube is located below the pan below the fins at the rear of your freezer. The drain tube has a trap (s-shaped curve) to prevent air flow out of the freezer. The problem is that water gets in this tube and freezes. I took the sheet metal cover off the back, got a turkey baster and flexible tube, and continuously flushed hot water (after the freezer had been turned off around an hour to thaw). Eventually the plug gave way.

Just moved the GE Monogram bottom freezer, everything is running but it is not cooling. It is an 8 year old unit. It has only been 15 hours since plugged back in...will it get colder? Also can't find the icemaker water line hookup...where is it?

Our GE Monogram Freezer is condensing - we can tell the drawer is not sealing when it closes... it appears to be gapping at the top. Do you know how to adjust the drawer to raise it up or force the seal along the top. Thanks
