You may have a dust build up on the condenser coil. You may notice the jam of the ref door being very warm. This is an indication of a dirty coil (located under your ref) that just needs to be cleaned or your fan motor in the back of the unit may have failed and stopped turning.

If the freezer is working properly but the refrigerator is not cooling, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
Check the thermostat setting: Ensure that the thermostat is set to the appropriate temperature. If it is set too low, the fridge will not cool properly.
Check the condenser coils: The condenser coils may be dirty or clogged, preventing the refrigerator from cooling properly. Clean the coils with a brush or vacuum.
Check the door seal: Make sure the door seal is tight and not damaged. If the seal is not tight, cold air will escape and the refrigerator will not cool properly.
Check the evaporator fan motor: If the evaporator fan motor is not functioning properly, it could cause the refrigerator not to cool.
Check the compressor: If the compressor is not functioning properly, the refrigerator will not cool. You may need to call a professional to check the compressor.
If you have tried all the above steps and the problem persists, it's best to contact the manufacturer or a professional for further assistance.
Please note that it's also possible that there could be other issues causing your refrigerator not to cool, so it may be best to seek the help of a professional if the above steps do not resolve the problem.
The freezer should go down to about zero degrees. If your unit is constantly running it is because the internal temp has not activated the thermostat to turn off the compressor. Lower than normal refrigerant levels could account for this. Also to be checked out is the evaporator coil not being frozen over with a block of ice - the latter is caused by an inoperable self defroster - this causes the freezer to not cool properly and raise all internal temps.
If not a self defrosting unit, defrost the unit and restart unit. It will cool properly until the evaporator freezes up again. How fast it freezes up depends on how often the freezer door is opened and how much moist warm air enters the freezer compartment.
The compressor is the part which cools the refrigerator.----------
First i will explain the working procedure of your sanyo refrigerator.----------
In the refrigerator, there is a part called compressor, the compressor is the part which cools the freezer section, When
the freezer reaches its cooling level the defrost cycle starts functioning. In
this cycle the fan in the freezer section starts running and the cool air in
the freezer section is passed to the fridge section and the fridge section gets
cold.--------- So the freezer section cooling/ freezing is must.If freezer is not getting properly cooled or not getting cooled, then fridge section will show the low or no cooling problem.-------------- In your refrigerator, its quite possible that compressor is got weak, nor complete faulty but little bit weak.So when you open and close the fridge or freezer door , the compressor is not that strong to maintain the required temperature. So its working hard to cool inside temperature, but its not doing it quickly as it should.---------.----------
In the compressor there is a refrigerant called FREON.With the help of this
Freon the compressor cools the freezer section.Freon is a gaseous type cooling
agent. The compressor will stop cooling when coolant gets leaked from its
chamber.---------Again
recharging the Freon is possible, but the cost for that recharging is approx
the cost of new compressor. So its always advisable to get compressor
replaced.Because new compressor has warranty for few years.------------------You can get required parts
from from online sites like: --- www.repairclinic.com or from searspartsdirect
online site. --------- ---------------- There is manual reset procedure, sometimes the ice gets frosted all over and blocks the ventilation's for cool air to pass from one section to another, and this also causes problem. So directly going for compressor inspection, before that you can try manual reset procedure and see if that helps.---------
The manual reset procedure is as follows : ----
First unplug the unit from main power outlet. Then empty whole unit
completely. Then keep both the doors open. Wait for 24 hours. All the ice
collected on the coils and in the freezer section will get melted.
Clean the water from the sections. Then Connect the power cord of the unit to
main power outlet after 24 hours/.Then set the temperature to normal in both
fridge and freezer section. It will take approx 4 to 6 hours for your refrigerator to regain its regular cooling/ freezing .So after 4 to 6 hours check , Is the refrigerator cooling properly or is it taking time or temp is dropping once you open close door. If this problems are not noticed, then reset procedure has helped.------- But if same problem is noticed after reset procedure is followed, then you can get the compressor checked.
--------
This should help.

The refrigerator side is at present working properly , but slowly slowly, it will also loose its cooling. This will happen because, freezer side is the side which cools first, then the refrigerator side ( also called as fridge side)., gets cooled. If freezer side is not cooling / freezing properly then fridge side will also loose its cooling ability.------------
And later on both section will loose its cooling.-----------
As per the present situation, it indicates problem with compressor or problem with freezer side door not closing properly.---------- Or the temperature in freezer section is not set to proper cooling/ freezing.--------- So first inspect temperature, is it set right? If ok, then check the freezer door , is it properly closed? If ok, then its compressor problem.? The compressor is running non stop, this is indication of compressor problem.----------

-----------
Later on both section will loose its cooling.

This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
two options...one drain hole blocked in freezer, clean with copper wire/bleach to clear gunge.
two outside temp too cold i.e. unit in garage/outhouse( too cold for compressor )
also check seal to doors.air leaks...
I think that I have a solution. Refridgerator side not cooling.
I read in the blogs that holding down the top two bottons(power cool & fridge) at the same time resets the refridgerator control panel.
I may have caused the problem by leaving the door open. If my above solution does not work, then I will defrost the frefrigerator just in case the coils are froze up. It works with my air conditioner.
