The heating coils in the oven need to be inspected very carefully where they plug in to the oven wall. You will need to remove the back covers and check the insulators and wiring harnesses. Over time the insulation can break down and oxidize the metal connections. You can use a voltmeter or test light to verify that the coils are getting voltage from the thermostat/switch. replacing parts is cheaper than buying new if you can find the parts.

One of the high heat sensors has failed on one of the burners under the glass. Disconnect one sensor at a time to find out which one, then replace that burner assembly.

that clicking usually means that the erc is trying to turn on the burners,
i would unplug the range
pull it out and check all the connections of the bake element

Sounds like a stuck relay in the control board. The only way to repair this problem is going to be by replacing the control board. If you have anymore questions please ask. I'll be more than happy to help you further.

The only way to find out for sure is to check the voltage to the element.
Most of the ranges have 2 or 3 screws under the front of the top. Remove them and the top will tilt up. Be careful, there is voltage on some of the wires.
Turn the switch on and check for voltage across the element terminals. If you have 240V, then the switch is ok and you probably need an element.
If you can post the complete model number from the tag on the back of the console, I may be able to give a little better directions.

As you are facing the range, there should be a metal plate (held on by one screw) on the left hand side behind the console. Model and serial number should be located here. On some models the information will be along one side of the oven door opening, or bottom drawer. Hope this helps you.
