Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My friend sent me a ringtone via text message and my phone tells me it is unable to download. I was wondering what I had to do to get the message.
Most likely you need to check with your carrier due to when your friend sends you a ringtone it will go through the phone as a multimedia message (MMS) so for those to work you need 2 things first 1 text messages must work 2 must be able to access net if able to do both of those things then you need to contact service provider to make sure that your MMS is on.
