Question about SanDisk 2GB Cruzer Micro SDCZ62048A10 Hard Drive
I just got a new u3 cruzer and it worked perfectly the first time but when i tried to put more stuff on it, it says error failed to export because you do not have access privileges or the drive is empty or locked i have tried taking it out safely locking it and unlocking it and trying to put something other than photos on it but nothing is working. the weird thing is that i can access the photos i had previously put in can you help me?
Well, try the following steps to unlock your usb:
1. open the u3 system on the usb
2. right-click on "LaunchU3" then choose "run as administrator"
3. a pop up windows will ask you for permission, click Continue.
4. another pop up windows will ask you for the password.
5. enter the password.

I would use the access capability and take what you need off the drive. Using your disk utility application, reformat the drive and attempt to transfer. Hope this works.
