Acer laptop now is not working due to installation of Zune software.as well as I shut down my laptop after installing Zune now it's not getting started nor getting charged.

This is a very common problem with Acer Aspire5315 Notebook and in some cases the Laptop automatically just shuts down and things get very annoying in hot summers

If you have not opened a Laptop before then I will strongly recommend you to take this Laptop to a technician and get it serviced in front of yourself. The technician should open the body of the Laptop take out and blow air into the fan which should remove a lot of dust choking the fan making this noise. The other parts should also be cleaned in the laptop service process such as the fan duct leading to the CPU. When service is done on this PC it will remove 80% of the problem.
If you still face the sudden shut down problem. It will be due to the flakiness of the fan and you need to download a software usually developed by third parties and sometimes free to download just use the right keywords on you search engine and easy to install and which controls the timing of the CPU fan to start and stop.

go to install wizard and go to already installed programs and click zune then if that doesnt work go to my computer and click on the usb port its on idk if this will work 100% though ith workedd for me

Most likely it's overheating... THermal Controller will shut the laptop down to attempt to prevent further damage to any component...

CHeck and Clean the Fan and Heatsink Assembly..

you have a corrupted software try to format and reinstall it again, most corrupted system comes from improper shut down sometimes during installation your CD or DVD rom is defective although it is reading and seams working fine try to install your system using other rom drive

Vista! try right clicking it and run as admin. Xp try downloading a newer version of zune online! same for vista if that doesnt work!

the device should connect to the zune software so if your trying to install a zune device make sure you get zune media player from the zune site install it and that should do it! then while zune is running install your device!

zune is good for xbox 360 sharing so make sure you install zune and change the settings to file share. Note that try using the zune site to get the proper software

please re install the recovery software.

You can probably alter the recovery option from within the bios - certain changes within the bios can harm your software installation use caution. Enter bios on boot with f2 key.
