Re: Changed settings

My Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 was worked fine for two years on the YpbPr setting on my Vizio 26 ' inch tv. Last night we swapped out one of the kids CD's and popped in our adult CD thing. I tried resetting with the stop button per the manual and per several comments on this web site, to no avail.
I cannot get anything on the set up screen and it acts as if nothing is going out to the TV set. .
Open to any suggestions,thanks

Re: Changed settings

Just a sincere thank you to ms brennan for his "hold the stop button to reset" tip. It worked beautifully and kept a Cyberhome 300 out of the circular file.

I accidently changed one of the setting now the picture is all squirrelly can make it out How do i reset it?

Therer should be a "picture mode" or "system " button on the may have to press it hold down a sec, then release..............pause till it pops back in............this button changes it to different broadcast system modes for use in other countries. An owners book should clarify too

Cannot Play Commercially Produced DVDs (Panasonic DMR-ES40V)

Dear FixYa Team,

Thanks for your inquiry re my problem.

Since I posted, I THINK I may have solved my problem. I unplugged the unit for an hour or so, plugged it in again, and it DID play a "commercial" DVD that I had tried earlier. I don't know if this is a permanent solution -- we'll see. If not, I'll take the next step in seeking some help.

Thanks again.

DMR-ES35V Cannot operate any functions ...

Just found the answer in another post, it works.

Hold down the "1" button and the "Enter" button together for about 10 seconds while pointing at the player. This seems to "reset" the remote and everything works fine.
