Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer

Frigidare Front Load Washer dispenser drawer wont drain.

Frigidare Gallery model# 417.39022891 After running a load through the machine and we go to start the next we have to pull the dispenser drawer completely out and dump out the remaining water and fabric softner. I know that some water is normal but most of the time the fabric softner section is FULL of water and softner mix. I have cleaned the drawer and all the holes in the drawer. Sometimes it will work but most times it won't. I normally do my own repairs but can't figure this one out. There is a electric mechanical device with an arm that directs the water flow to the different sections. Could this be the problem part? Washer works perfectly other than this. It's about 5 years old.

I think you have something stuck in the fill hose.. Remove the top two or three screws in the back.. then pull out the hose that goes to the tub. I bet you will have something in there.. most common is the inside liner to a bleach cap..let me knowif this it it... krazytech

Fabric softener not draining

Remove the dispenser drawer by pushing down on the tab at the center back and pulling drawer out. Now, remove the top of the fabric softener compartment and the parts of the soap dispenser and clean them all out. An old toothbrush often helps. Reassemble and replace. They should siphon out now.

DISPENSER WILL NOT DRAIN

Waag, pull that dispenser drawer out of there, push down on the tab-left side in the back. Now take your index finger and see if you have something blocking the water feed hole to the tub. It will be on the inside front. Sometimes I find bottle cap disks blocking the inlet. Start a cycle with the drawer out of there and observe the water flow, if it's backing up, you have something blocking that inlet. You can always pause/cancel. Catriver.
