First the dishwasher shut it self off. I don't know if it was in reaction to an automatic shutoff it has to protect itself or what actually happened. After turning it back on the water temperature stayed at about 115. Today the water temperature will only get to 95-100 degrees. I was wondering if it could possibly be the heating element or what else could cause this. If you have any advice I would appreciate it. I know it is an AM14.

- I am going to clean out the inside of the machine today. I had someone tell me that the magnetic float may have some buildup on it that needs to be cleaned off. I don't know if this is what is causing the water to not heat up or not. The water is still at only 100-110. If you have any suggestions let me know. Thanks.
Did you solve your problem?I'm a hobart tech and repair these often.Let me know.

- The float is the first to check,if it still doesnt heat look to the bottom right of the machine, you will see a gray plastic box.Turn off the circuit breaker, open the box you will see a black round disk (the hi limit) press the button if it clicks it should start heating.
