I have Thomson modem (TG585v7 wireless )it...

I have Thomson modem (TG585v7 wireless )it was working good now I changed the serice privider (dsl) after that I unable to connect to the interenet,modem is good, wireless indicator turned in red, how to solve this problem and where I can download drivers or firmware.

Greetings,

You may need to call your internet service provider to configure the modem and setup DNS settings. They will be able to get you back online.

Revert back for clarifications.
