HI,

Please allow your phone to charge for 3-4 hrs by connecting it to the wall charger.After 4hrs remove the battery from the back and reinsert it.Then press and hold the power button for 1min.Make sure it is connected to the charger when you perform these steps.

Let me know if the phone turns on or not.

CECT P168 - won't turn on

i would suggest contacting whom ever you got the phone from and return it. CECT's should work out of the box and especially with 2 batteries it should work with at least one. that tells me that there is something wrong with the phone all together

These phones are known to have such problems...restore your phone back to factory settings and see if that solves the problem otherwise take it back to from where you've bought it and let them troubleshoot the problem for you!
