The cheapest way would be to order good used replacement parts, ebay is probably your best bet. Once you've gotten the parts i can email you a link to check out for disassembly.
The best way would be to have a service center check it out and quote you a price, but it will be quite a bit more expensive. However it will be professionally done so there is far less chance of any other damage being done.

Turn off your tablet and turn the unit over. Use the tip of
your small Phillips screwdriver to pop the rubber pads off of the screws
on each corner of the rear of the unit.
Remove the four screws from the corners of the back of the tablet.
Insert the tip of your case opener tool in the seam where
the front and back halves of the unit meet. Work your way around the
sides, popping the internal locking clips as you go. Continue until the
two halves separate.
Unplug the screen ribbon which runs from the back of the
screen in the front half of the unit to the motherboard located in the
back half of the unit. Set the back half of the unit aside and you will
see the back of the LCD screen in the front half of the unit.
Remove the LCD screen from the housing and fit a new one in its place. Reverse the steps for reassembly.
first remove the back housing then the front housing after removing the front and the back housing ,remove the battery,sim card and the memory card after that remove the screw using a tool that is compatible to your screw then after you removing the screw.Now push your plastic shim into the join at the top of the phone to lift the front cover out slightly. Then run the plastic shim along both sides of the cover to unclip it at these points too... Now have the front cover removed, like below...The LCD screen is held in place by a metal frame which needs to be unclipped around its edge for removal.The LCD screen will now be loose and can be removed. It will be attached to the phone by a ribbon which attaches like a plug and socket. Simply lift it upwards to unplug it.You can now lift away the LCD and replace with new. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly..thats all thank you

get the appropriate screwdriver (Torx 6 screwdriver),
First remove the battery cover & battery. Remove the two screws you see.
Run your fingernail around the join of the front cover and then

The ribbon which connects the screen to the panel you just removed is what needs replacement, it is attached to the screen so you have to replace the screen, if there is a way you can replace only the ribbon, that would do just fine,
needs major work. Do it at your own risk. Did everything right but messed up and broke the tab on the touchscreen cable connector on my daughter's phone. Feel crappy. Will post with pictures later on.
1. remove battery/ Sim
2. remove all screws from the back on the black plastic cover. (6 of them) Leave the ones below the battery.
3. Use the pry tool to remove the back case.
4. remove the motherboard, three connectors, one on bottom left, antenna and top right below the board. board comes off. You also have to remove the power connector (transparent plastic) to what appears to be some hf component (cylinder). there are two wires (red, black), red goes to side marked +. remove with pry tool.
5. Remove all small screws you can see.
6. Remove the shiny plate, keyboard button layer.
6a. Remove the lcd connector screw and the connector.
7. Remove screws from the bottom of the lcd portion of the slider. You can access all screws from the back side. Use the slider to get the back of the phone. There are 5 screws.
8. Use the pry tool to take out the back slider. Be careful with the lcd connector.
9. pull up the black tab on the digitizer connection from the screen
10. remove the lcd
11. use a hair dryer to loosen the glue around the broken digitizer.
12. put the new one in
13. Put all the screws back.
Is just the glass broken? The LCD screen underneath the glass also could be broken. But if it is just the glass in front of that, go on ebay and search for the inside glass lens. Also, you can find directions to change anything at all just search it on google.
Sometimes when electronics are dropped in water, you can still use the. Circut boards have a silicon coat over the circut boards for instances like this. Depending on how long it was in the water, you may be able to still use it. Let the phone dry out for about 24 hrs (take out battery and back cover) then try to replace the battery and start it back up. If it doesnt turn on the circuts were affected and it broken.
caring for the touch screen includes touching the screen with clean and DRY hands., if your phone fell in the water, it will likely damage the touch screen.. contact your nearest LG repair center.. i hope your phone will soon be fine..
