I think NickBeamAA is right. Also you need a soldering iron to do this. Normally it costs about 40pounds (New flex cable, LCD and work).

The cheapest way would be to order good used replacement parts, ebay is probably your best bet. Once you've gotten the parts i can email you a link to check out for disassembly. The best way would be to have a service center check it out and quote you a price, but it will be quite a bit more expensive. However it will be professionally done so there is far less chance of any other damage being done.
