PSP uses Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo and you need an adaptor
(see picture) to use it on your external card reader or your laptop’s built-in
card reader. Also, please check your card reader if it supports Memory Stick
Pro Duo.
If you already have an adaptor but still doesn’t work, you
can buy a PSP USB data cable to transfer files between your computer and PSP.
