Re: installation

If you mean the operating system, insert cdrom press f2 or Del when your pc is booting, when got into bios select advanced cmos settings and look for first boot device, choose your cdrom, save and exit. When pc reboots the system will startup with your cdrom, when propted to press enter to boot from cd press enter and the cd will load system files on your drive if your hard drive is not formated you will be asked to do so, just follow simple instructions, if already formated then, follow screen instructions, sit back and have acoffee while it takes around 30 minutes to install.

How can i remove virus

Removing viruses, though technical, is yet a very simple process if all the required steps are properly followed.
The basic steps are:
  • Buy or download a reliable antivirus software
  • Install the antivirus software
  • Update antivirus software with the latest virus definitions
  • Perform a complete system scan
Install an Antivirus Program in the System What is Antivirus program? An antivirus is a program that searches for, identifies and removes potential viruses existing in the computer system.
Antivirus software: Some of the most commonly and reliable antivirus programs available in the market are -
  • Symantec Norton antivirus
  • AVG antivirus
  • McAfee Scan
  • Microsoft Antivirus
The antivirus software should be updated regularly to retain its effectiveness.
Before installing the antivirus, close all open applications and terminate any suspicious processes using Task Manager. Sometimes, you may need to boot into safe mode or safe mode with command prompt to delete suspicious programs and references to them in the Windows Registry (run regedit from the command prompt to open the registry editor).
Search engines are excellent tools to find out whether a certain process is harmful or not. You can also get steps on how to remove a specific virus manually.
Removing the virus beforehand might be necessary, as some viruses will not allow an antivirus to operate. However, if you are not successful, you may still continue with the installation.

Scan the System to Identify and Locate the Virus Usually, the antivirus will run automatically when the system reboots after the installation. Therefore, it might identify the virus automatically. Moreover, you may want to run a quick system scan to locate the virus.
Troubleshooting the Virus Infected Areas After the antivirus identifies the infected areas, the next step is to rectify those areas.
Methods of Eliminating Viruses
Generally, the antivirus adopts one of two methods to eliminate the virus:
  • Removing the virus - When the virus can be easily identified and can be removed without affecting other files, then the antivirus removes it from the host place.
  • Quarantine - his is done when the virus cannot be easily identified removed from the file and the removal of virus means the removal of the complete file. In this method, although the virus is not eliminated, it is rendered inactive by moving the file into "quarantine" and renaming it.
Perform a Full System Scan Even after the virus is removed from the system, the next step is to scan the whole system to ensure that no infected files remain.

How do i install the mcrosoft and where can find the microsoft word 2007 pls help me....???????

Microsoft is a company that manufactures software for computers. So i'm not too sure what you mean by how do i install the microsoft, but i'm assuming you mean the operating system windows. You can purchase the operating system windows from many places including your local best buy or even wal-mart. Another way to purchase it is online at many online stores including microsoft itself or even or If you already have the operating system cd, the first thing you do is put it in your cd drive, if nothing pops up, restart your computer. Your computer will automatically push you through step by step instructions to install windows onto your computer. After installing windows you will have a demo for microsoft word, but to have the full version you will have to purchase it on their website.
Hope this helps

No sound , sound drivers are working

Most common reasons for this trouble are:
  • Such kind of troubles arise after some device / software is installed which tries to gain control as default sound device.
  • Also while un-installation of certain softwares, some shared files are removed. At times some important shared file can be deleted which causes troubles with working of sound drivers.
  • While installing certain games, it tries to gain control of sound or video drivers and may accidentally harm these driver softwares.
Lets see the ways to fix such troubles

Step1 : First of all check what is your default audio device setting. For this, open Control Panel > Sounds and audio devices, open Audio tab as shown in picture below.
See that the Device selected is your sound-card or on-board audio device. It should not be blank or some modem device. Set the Default sound playback and sound recording device correctly from the drop down menu. If your device is not there in this list see the step 2.

Step2: If the step 1 is not successful, it means that your sound device driver software has become either corrupt or has been accidentally un-installed. In such case, install the sound driver from the sound-card/mother-board driver CD. You can also download the latest driver if you don’t have the driver CD. After you install the driver, restart your computer, and then check the settings as in step 1 again

Install driver sound for win 7

Step 1

Find out which type of audio device is used on the computer. Click on the Start button and then select the Control Panel. Double click on the icon for Sound and Audio Devices. You can also refer to the manual that came with the computer or motherboard.

Step 2
Install the software that came a new sound card. When a new sound card has been added to a computer the installation CD needs to be run to setup the device drivers on the system. Insert the CD into the drive and complete all required steps to install the software.

Step 3
Download an update to the device driver that is used for the audio or sound. Go the the vendor's website and look for a the link for downloads or driver updates. Download the driver that is needed for your system and save it to a location such as the desktop.

Step 4
Double click on the downloaded file to begin the installation process. Complete each step and the updated files will be copied and installed on the system. An icon for the updated software may appear on the desktop or in the Control Panel.

Step 5

Check for a Windows update to see if a sound driver is available to download. Go to and click on Microsoft Update under Downloads and Trials to see if there are any updates that are available.

How to instalation of a new software

Installation (or setup) of a program (including drivers) is the act and the effect of putting the program in a computer system so that it can be executed.
If you want an insight kindly visit:

In general you can follow these steps to install a new software:
Outlook - whatever it is that you normally keep open on your monitor. It will help reduce the chance of conflict.
When the installation wizard boots up on your screen, take the time to read it thoroughly and follow the step-by-step instructions.
You will be asked if the location they chose to install the software is correct. Take the time to make a mental note of where it is. Keep your computer programs organized by keeping them all in one file.
When the installation is complete, take the time to read the "readme" documentation. There could be a vital bit of information that you will need later!
If the software is on a disk - remove it and save it in a safe place. If it is a downloaded program, print out any important information like registration codes or phone numbers and keep it safe as well.
After these steps have been taken, if the installation doesn't prompt you to restart your computer, do it anyway.
For other softwares try to locate file named" readme.txt" on the software cd  which gives you the complete instruction on installation of theparticular software
