Question about Solidtek Computers & Internet
I bought this yesterday. Perfect first time, sownloaded my notes and went to use the product today. Wouldn't turn on. Then it turned on about 1 hour later. Now, again it will not turn on. Is there a reset button? I have changed batteries and tested the batteries they sent me. Do I have a faulty product?? Am I doing something wrong. Also they said I could save notes in pdf and I downloaded the new software and I can't seem to have the option to save in pdf>

Its possible the button board under the rear case has been shifted or is malfunctioning. You can try to remove the back case and see if you can realign, or reset your camera's button board. If this doesn't work, there are several online companies that can help -
DarnToothySam.com has several repair estimate opportunities, and is pretty reasonable for the price.

You can download your product manual by going to this web-site and typing in your model number:
I checked the troubleshooting guide in the manual but it only lists the obvious such as is the unit properly plugged in, is the power button in the "on" position and etc. Are you sure there is power to the outlet? Try the outlet by plugging in a lamp or small appliance to check there is power to it. Let us know how it goes and maybe we can figure out something.

If it is a destop, the normal problem is the CPU power supply and it might be damaged because of certain cases like power surge and others.
