I can't get the flash to work on my svp xthinn A10

I had to download and install a program to extract the files from the .rar file. I used 7zip for free for Windows 10. There are other programs for free that will open it too.

You'll be trying for another 3 years unfortunately.
I have the same camera and have the same problem.
Bought a new battery, new charger, new usb cord,
downloaded all drivers, read all manuals, contacted
SVP support 5 times and they never responded.
Now I have thrown the camera in the fire and am helping
everyone else who owns a SVP camera to warn future
buyers of their CRAPPY products that never work!

If the camera uses a memory card, just get yourself a card reader and use it instead of the camera.

I have checked SVP websites and I cannot even find your Camera listed, here are the links to both sites you may have more success than I.

The flash does not work on the camera

my battery is fully charged and everything but i try to turn my carea on and it cuts right back off any ideas of how to fix it myself or some locations where someone may be able to help me.
