Not sure what program you update it seems like you have compatibility issue.

My Nokia e71x's battery died and now when i try to turn it on it vibrates once and a white screen that says Nokia in blue comes up and it stays like that. HELP!!

Hello there,

When you try to turn it on it vibrates once and
a white screen that says Nokia in blue comes up and it stays like that. the phone seems to be on, then it means there is a problem with the phone. Most likely a hardware or software problem. If the screen comes on partially and goes off back, then it is a software problem, but if it does not come on at all or looks broken, then it is a hardware problem.

If it is a software problem, it will require you to flash the phone with the best appropriate software

If it is a hardware problem, that is if the phone hits a hard object, then it means you will have to replace the screen with a new one.

Thank you for choosing fixya

Dear Sir my Nokia N95 8G start but only the light blue and green and red. I try to update the firmware and internet connection was broken. looking in the web all people say that I press * + 3 + green...

Actually, pressing those button to reset your phone will do nothing because the firmware update was not completed so all the necessary system files got messed up..The only solution for you to revive your phone is to flash it using a software but its to complicated to perform. You can go to a cellphone repair shop instead and ask them to flash your phone..

Nokia 6300 wont turn on, blue lights on side stay on

I had a simliar problem with my k800i, it turned out that it needed its firmware/software updated. So u can either get it "flashed" at a shop (around £10) or you can try doing it at home but you'll need the software and the data cable for the phone. Google it i'm sure you'll find something. Good luck

My phone just turned off.

it is best to take it back and get the phone exchanged...seeing that the warranty has not expired as would be more expensive to have the phone fix.

To dark

Hmm.. Your cellphone Leds could be broken.. :/
Try pressing the following keystrokes (and joystick for left/rigth):

Right, *, Left, Left, *, Left, *.

A new menu should be displayed on your screen.
Not sure of the english descriptions of these menus, I'll just tell you to enter the third menu item. (or press 3)
This is the test-menu for your cellphone. I certainly had much fun messing thru this menu, but for now try enter '1' for running a maindisplay-test. Your screen should cycle thru a colorful test, mainly displaying red, green and blue colors :)
second try the 2nd menu item, which test the lights/LEDs.
If this doesnt make your cellphone flash, on and off, with a 'Ok'-message, the LEDs may be out :/

Please reply if you tried this! :)
