No sound speakers don't work

AA or AAA 1.5 volt battery can test speakers with a quick flick of the wires to the terminals and a good speaker will make a pop sound.

If you hook what is now the left speaker does it work on the right hand channel? If not the cable to it is defective or the connections or the Amplifier is defective.

My broadway xy-360 trd multi tester is not doing well

Check the 500mA/250 volt 20mm fuse as well as the AA batteries (it takes two). That should get this multimeter working again.

Drivers side speaker not working

Remove the radio and locate the wires that run to the speaker, first check to see that the wires were connected to the big plug that goes in at the back of the radio unit.
if it is connected take the plug loose. carefully strip some of the wire leading to the speaker big enough to place a AA batttery terminals. hold one of the wires on one of the sides of the battery and then tap the other wire (expsed portion) on the other side of the battery, if the speaker makes a noise, then the wireing is fine and the issue is either a setting on the radio. or the radio is faulty. if the speaker does not make a noise, check to see that the speaker is properly connected. if the speaker is connected, do one last test on it before replacing it. remove the connections on the speaker and place small lead wires on it and do the battery test direct.

Connected this dual speaker to my cmpact desktop comp and it does not want to work

First step is to assure that the speakers are working. If you have no other computer or sound system to test the speakers, then attach a AA, AAA or C battery to the speakers plug. It makes no difference in the polarity. If it makes a horrible white noise, the speakers are in good working order, if it makes no noise, the speakers are at fault. Should the speakers be ok, then in all probability you have a configuration problem. Go to control panel, select Sound and Audio devices, and check that the proper configuration options have been selected, and that the speaker volume sliders are at least at the 50% mark. If this doesnt solve your problem, then a computer motherboard component might have failed. Keep me posted

Two of the speakers just aren't producing any sound. Could they just be blown, or might I be able to fix them?

not gonna lie your right chance are they could be blown. i would check the wiring or even if you feel comfortable enough unplug the speakers and check the wires on the INSIDE of the dead speaker to see if they are still soldered on there ok.
