Open up the door to the freezer, you will see two black switches upper right just above where the door would be when closed. Flip the first switch, then push the switch on the light in the fridge compartment and the light should go out. Thinking that switch is there to help reduce moisture inside fridge, just got pushed by mistake and light remains on. Hope this helps.

Am attempting to calculate my power requirements while boondocking with my trailer. Can anyone tell me the amperage consumption of my Dometic NDR 1062 refrigerator while operating on propane? I also assume that there is a minimum voltage requirement? Cheers! Tom N.

set at auto, gas off and the propane check light comes on, unit won't cool. i turned the propane on after discovering and it took a while to light, but finally did. don't understand why it won't work on electric alone. this unit is less than one year old, and has previously worked with no issues.
