its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr
Hold Power+Volume down in a few sec. until logo appear. now use volume key as a navigation up and down. Power as ok. then start reseting your system. Reading is the powerful tools. Thank you.
someone might be trying to open unlock it before you did and tried too many pattern combination. it mights just be banned for couple of hours/min but you can try again later. too many attempts of wrong pattern/password can be interpreted as freud.
If you reset everything then you'll need to reconnect to the Internet by putting in your router password again. Go in settings and make sure you're not in airplane mode.
