I have a DIGIgr8 3.1mpvideo/picture camera i have lost my driver can some one tell me were i can get one all is well with the camera and video but can not get my pictures on to my computer thanks for any help pat.

Have you removed the memory card and moved the switch in to the lock position by mistake? if so take out the card and slide it into the unlock position. hope this helps

Get some new rechargeable batteries, charge them over night, then put them in the camera. Take many pictures of family!

If the file extention of picture i.e JPGE has been changed, camera wont show that picture.
You should paste those pictures in same folder of cyber-shot.

truthfully you dont even need any software to run the camera just use photoshop and just upload the pictures from the cameras folder copy and paste from the folder

Then it sounds like there may be an error with your CCD (what comverts the light going into your camera into a digital picture, like digital film). even if your warranty is expired canon may still repair this for free. Contact canon at 1-800-OK-CANON and explain to them the problem and that you think the CCD may be defective.

Yours is a CD recording type. Shouldn't you just load the CD from the camera to the computer? Then cut and paste to a folder on your computer. Or copy and paste. Ed
