Ulead 11 with EasyCap on Windows Vista

Basically I'm using ulead 11 software on vista with my easycap to record off my xbox 360. I get a near perfect picture, but it flickers and when I record it theres a green bit at the bottom which is a copy of the top screen but with a green tint. The audio is also very dodgy. I dont have the easycap drivers, but downloaded some other ones that are for vista.

Can anyone help me please?
