- Hi, Please help..My LG WTF-6517TC does not rinse and spin. The WASH function is working perfectly but when comes to RINSE, it is not draining any water out. So, I power off and choose the SPIN function, it is also not working and not draining water out. What should i do? Please help....- Sayang2829

- I'm having similar problem with a wf-t753a top loader. My problem is that it's not pumping enough water to fill the machine on the rinse cycle, so the wash and spin stages never finish. It is pumping just fine on the initial wash... Am just trying to work out how to pull it apart without breaking it!- st3v3Best Solution

Following up my comment from yesterday, I took the machine apart and discovered that the black rubber cover on the valve that releases the cold water had perished and cracked, and wasn't opening properly.
I tested the hot and cold solenoids and everything checked out ok. Was just the cold valve sticking.
The wash cycle was working because I was using hot/warm water. As the rinse cycle needs cold water to get started, it was not working and the rinse and spin cycles wouldn't complete.
I have swapped the valves over for now (put the working hot one on the cold side and am using cold water only). It's working while I order a replacement...

- PS: The part number that I needed to replace is 5221EA2001D (aka 5221FA1921V) or A181. I found a non-genuine version for under $50 AUD on ebay. There is also a single valve version Part Number 5221FA1921W.Yes
