Question about iLO MP3 Player
You should backup your data and format the player. Plug her in, copy your music onto your computer, then format it by right clicking the drive in My Computer, then going to Format, then clicking Start. After it's finished, copy your music back over to the player and it should be sorted.

Take out the battery then hook it up to the computer open it save music to another file then go back right click hit format doesn't work if you don't take out the battery that worked for me on the 556 model

I have MP3 player NEXX NF-810 and after formatting when I turn it on, there was massege - "flash error please backup the data and format the player" and when I plug the USB cable into PC, everything in my PC system is stoped and I could not do anything. Please help me
