Question about RCA Lyra Th1032 MP3 Player
Hook the unit up to the computer via the usb cable. i hope you are running at least windows xp. then go to my computer. the rca unit will show up as a removable disk drive. In order to use the player again you will need to right click on the drive to be able to access "format" it will pull up the format for however many bites and should read "fat" if those appear click "ok" or "format drive" which ever shows up. this will unlock the unit and enable you to reload music on the player.
Hope that helped. email@example.com

Take the battery out and put it back in after a few seconds, turn it on again and pray. If the same happens, plug it in with USB, take all your music onto your computer and make sure none is on the USB device and format it. Once formatted, try turning it on again, if it works, copy your music over and try again. If it does not work, it is likely faulty and should be returned.
