Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I cannot get my Opal to turn on even though it is charged - it's been plugged in for 24+ hours.
The solution is to upgrade the firmware. this happened to me and it worked just fine after. Go here: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=192 ..... Good luck!

Simple, short and just the answer you probably don't want to hear. It's very likely to be dead. Check your warranty on the player, if it's in warranty, send it back to RCA. Good luck.
