no there isnt, you need to take it and put it in another computer as a slave drive. But you might have damaged your hard drive, you can try Hiren's boot cd from here
www.phazeddl.com but personally i think you might have messd up the drive.
to install as a slave
1.) find a working computer
2.) put hd in as slave (do not remove old hd)
3.) boot
4.) it will show up in my computer
5.) format and unmount drive
it the computer fails to boot ensure you got the drive connected propperly and jumpers are correct
it thats all good then your drive is damaged
