HTC3400i not getting on

Hi,
I have HTC 3400i and it is not getting on , the support center said that there is some liqid problem and the mtoher board has gone . It will require a charge of Rs 7500 to get the mother board replaced tough its in warranty period, can any one help me to find some other alternative ???

Please help me in fixing this problem .
