Oven and broiler: no heat

Turn on the oven, or broiler, and the light goes on and the fan is working, (this is a convection oven), but there is no heat coming from either the broiler or oven bottom. The lower heat element is the kind that's not visible, but there is no heat at the bottom of oven; when I turn broiler on, that heat element is visible, and it stays cold also. So doesn't seem to be something simple like a bad element??? The oven is about 5 months old.
thanks!

Flipped the breaker switch! Although we had looked at the breaker first thing, and it was not flipped off, plus everything else on the range was working: we found out it is actually a double breaker, with one half controlling just the oven, and it can be just partially flipped and you don't notice it. So as soon as you toggle it off and on again, you are back in full power.

All the lights and buttons work/sound on control panel. Broiler oven works but baking element not working. Replaced baking element with new, but still doesn't work. Convection fan works, light works,...

Manufacture and model would be nice ohm out the bake element might be open some are in the oven cavity others are hidden below the lower oven plate and have to check from the rear by removing back cover in the bake mode the broil element element cycles on/off thats why you have some heat.
