The drivers seat reclines but it is electric, but the passengers side does too. The only problem is you have to do it yourself. Its not electrically powered.

Yes, the passenger seat is designed to recline. The lever that adjust the back rest angle will release it to receline when rotated fully upward.

Usually not. seat is electric and adjusts to extent allowed by that. Passenger seat has a back release on it though.

#1 spark plug wire for 83 Chrysler 5th ave 318
On a 318 #1 is at 6:00 o'clock on the distributor when you are looking at it from the front of the car. It turns clockwise and the firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. Odd cylinders are on the driver's side starting from the rad and even on the passenger's. Hope this helps.

Check the throttle body butterfly flap, its propably very dirty, holding off the flap at idle will cut it out. If its dirty, then get a can of carburrettor cleaning spray and clean the throttle body, that should do the trick. Hope that helps
