Question about 3Com OfficeConnect Router
I use the 3com officeconnect wireless routerwith four ports, the signal is very strong, when i connect to the wireless network, it always show "limited or no connectivity" i can not use the internet. the laptop brand is compaq i hope someone can help me , thanks a lot!
You need to get into the routers settings (192.168.1.1 in your web browser) and look for DHCP, and enable it so as to give your pc's there automatic ip addresses, also check in the general settings if it's a modem router that you have got a internet connection from your ISP and all the dns and ip addresses are showing. Go to the properties of each network card in network connections in your control panel and click on the TCP/IP line and click properties again and ensure obtain ip address automatically is selected and click ok. Restart all pc's if neccasary and refresh your web browser when trying to get online.
