The Kyocera mita KM-3530 KX is showing an error. Display shows "System Error, Call Service C4200 aND A TELEPHONE SIGN IS COMING IN THE MIDDLE WITH SOME STARS Please help!!! the model number of printer is stated above as i caudnt find it in the list provided below.
Defective Optical Laser Unit or main board. Is it making noise?
If so, it is the laser unit.
And that is more likely than the main board.
You always enter the trouble reset code first. It may be a false code. Enter 10871087 on the key pad. The machine will enter the service mode. Enter 906 and start. You will see a square on the screen that says "execute", touch it. The machine will try to reset itself.
If it is a false code, it will come ready.
