I put my phone on the charger last night when I went to bed and when I woke up this morning my phone was stuck on the "Motorola" screen when you first were to turn on the phone. I have let the phone die and re-tried to charge it but no matter what the phone stays on the first screen and won't turn on. Help?
You should not allow the battery to fully drain,it will die sooner.
Remove the battery for 5mins, replace,and then try and turn on the phone.
You can take an eraser and clean the contacts on the battery and where they meet on the phone.
If this did not work,go to motorola .com and check your phone for the warranty. I can reload firmware on a cell phone, and change anything,
but not if the phone wont turn on.
