Re: Dont know when a call is coming in

The only thing I can suggest to you is that you turn off your headset, erase the connection from your phone and repair again.

Cant hear phone ring at a distance

Do you have a lifter installed?  You won't hear beeps in the ear unless a lifter is installed.  What type of phone system do you have this hooked up to?  Make sure it's a standard ring you're using and not a funky one.  The lifters tend to not recognize different sounding rings.

No beeping in ear piece

The microphone in the lifter was not centered over the microphone on my phone, so all I did was centered the lifter over the microphone, and it works.

Connect pantronics 320 to Iphone

I have a 300 series Plantronics and it only functions if I unpair and repair with the I phone each time I want it to work. The AT & T technician tells me that the one I have has old software in it and that is all it will ever do. It also does not "beep" in the ear when it connects like it did when I had it paired to my Motorola L7. That makes it hard to know if it is connected even though the I phone says it is paired with the Plantronics ear piece even if the ear piece is turned off.

I can hear people people cannot hear me

this may or may not help you, but here's what I have learned was the problem on my unit when I could hear others, & they could not hear me! Aparently over time the oils off of your face get to the microphone cover which is a sort of grey hardened foam, & it starts to decompose the material effectively "stoping up" the mic. You may be able to scrape off the outer layers, or just snip a little off of the very end. Be sure not to take off too much or you risk the possibility of cutting into the mic itself!
