I use to work for Cingular and I tried to contact the manufacturer for someone and it was like an Act Of Congress to get a hold of them.

We suggested that she get a case for the phone to keep the battery in. You can find one here;

I used the unlock code on the solution #2 but it didn't work at all, what I should do?
