Kenmore Elite HE3 front loading washer
I have had alot of trouble with this washing machine. I have had it for a 1&1/2 years. First the rubber around the door went out and now on of one of the plastic things connected to the steel drums broke off. It is suppose to be such a great washer that I spent $1200 on it and now I have a $1200 piece of junk. Everytime I have someone come look at it, it costs me more money. I am not very happy about this product and wanted to know how to get ahold of the people who made it and see what they can do for me. Also the dryer I purchased with it has started smoking in the back also. REALLY GOOD PAIR! NOT!!

- Rubber around door looks kinked/wrinkled. Does it need replaced and if so, how do i do it. This unit does not leak.- martyd0601
