After a busy summer, someone packed the burner incorrectly and now it tells me it needs service. I can't find a service manual.
Put the disk in... wait... *click* service needed. No power to eject disk.
Use tech test holding in front buttons when turning on... power works to eject disk. This is a great unit and I feel its a simple problem but can't chase it down.
