Problem for Kodak ESP 5 Printer
I cannot fully install my KODAK ESP 5 Printer

Printing and copying is OK but I cannot install numerising.
I have disconnected the machine and cut the antivirus but installing stops in the middle of action...And shows an error number bur this number is unknown on internet.
Please be kind enough to advise.

if you still have the printer and software please try the following.
open the run window - Go to Start menu and click the Run icon OR press the WINDOWS key and the R key.
once the run window is open clear the field and type in
msiexec /unreg
then press enter or click OK
open the run window again and clear the field and type in
msiexec /regserver
then press enter or click OK
Now try and run the Install program again.
