You have to check the power supply, take your tv to w/shop
ask them to check the following
switch, semi conductors like diodes , transistors, and zener diodes. also dont forget to test fusible resistors. on the power supply

Well, sorry to say but it looks like it is a power supply. Over here we have checked everything and done some research and it looks to be the power supply. Go buy a new tv --_-- .........
