Ive been using my mp3 player alot now I turned it off one night and set it down in my room and the next morning I tryed to start it and it wouldnt start at all so I tryed to charge it up and get full battery after 1 hour and it still didnt start and its not the hold button eather

Does the computer recognise it when plugged into the USB port? If so, you could always try a Firmware re-load using the disc which should have come with the player - or obtained from their website.
If you don't have a back-up copy of your music, make one first 'cos it'll all be lost during the re-load.
