Thanks a bunch. That worked out perfectly. Funny thing is, I called RCA, and they told me it was defective and to send it in....next time, I'll just talk to you

You can format the device thru My Computer. Right click on the device and select format. That will remove all of the content from the device. Best of Luck.

I have a Samsung YP-T9J. When I turn on, I see the screen. However, I cannot navigate to any other options (Radio, music etc.) using up or down key.

Did you try formatting it ?

1.) if its on windows, connect it to you computer
2.) it should show up as a removable drive in my computer
3.) right click it and select format..

or

on the menu (maybe settings) in the mp3 player there should be a function to format it, try that..

Go into File Browse mode - "Bro" - and see if there are files hidden in that section - delete them as needed.

Can't download music - says device full

Easy fix, just did it. Talked to Oakley customer service. If your using a MAC when you delete the files off the Thump Pro, you must empty the trash. For some reason, with MAC the files are masked into the trash, so unless you empty nothing is going to change. Mine worked perfectly when I did this, after days of frustration. Good luck.
