RECOVERY DISCS FOR BALANCE CN6555 PC NOTEBOOK

Hi when you say you cant boot up, do you have any power going to the notebook, i.e. lights, drive firing up etc.,
If you have power and the Windows product key you can use an Windows installation disk to get you up and running. The disk itself doesn't have to be your own as long as the version you use is the same as the product key you own, usually found on the bottom of the unit.
For example MS Windows XP Home

As kieronredmon said, if the computer doesn't power on in any way then you'll need a hardware solution, but if the laptop its able to be turned on and you can install windows with any windows disk, then you only will need the drivers, and you can download them from:
