The link provided above will only take you to the Support page for the printer.

Click on the "Support & Service" tab.

In the "Please enter your question" box type in: vista driver.

    One the results should be:

Does my product support Windows Vista?

Click on that link. This will take you to the page that gives instructions to download and install the Vista driver that will give you limited printing and scanning capabilities.

MultiPASS F80

Just to be sure, these are the drivers you've tried from Canon? Follow this link: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=OSCompatibilityArchiveAct&fcategoryid=2125&keycode=windr Click on F80 Assuming those aren't working - what kind of error are you getting? I've looked for drivers elsewhere, but everyone seems to have the same driver. If you can give me more specifics on exactly what you're doing, and what kind of errors you're getting, I should be able to walk you through setting it up though.

Canon f80 multipass New five years ago never

Are you using Windows Vista or Windows 7? If so, the driver download page at Canon does not provide drivers beyond XP. Otherwise, go back to the XP (or earlier versions) driver downlaod site and download the MultiPASS F80 Software User's Guide. That may provide the answer to your problem. Also, if you are using unpopular, proprietary software programs the driver may not recognize the commands. Good Luck!

New Computer problems with printer

It probably will not ... check theMiocrosoft Compatability List here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/en-us/default.aspx to see if the F80 is listed. (My F80 died inthe USB department)

If there is a entry at the MS site, follow their instruction. Otherwise, go to www.canon.com/support and look for a driver that will operate under your OS. If there is not one, you can ask for one ... but you are probably at the end of the road with this printer. We use ours for a copy machine since the faulty power supply prohibits its communicating with the computer.

No Windows 7 driver for a Canon F80

Good idea, Windows 7 is NO good if your equipment is less than a few months old... Pre 2008 stuff just isn't compatible. IMHO Win 7 is OK for brand new stuff, Otherwise I stick to XP... see everything works with XP..or nearly so.

DRIVER FOR MAC OS X OPERATING SYSTEM

See the following web page from cannon

http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=OSCompatibilitySupportAct&keycode=macdr&fcategoryid=238&modelid=7175

I find this slightly confusing that the statement concerning OS x10.5 states the preinstalled or provided driver will work but recommends an updated driver then lists no drivers for download above that section.
